Refund Policy

Because your store build, tools and catalog access are delivered right after purchase, all sales are generally final unless the law says otherwise. This includes upgrades and add-ons such as the Prebuilt VIP Blueprint and the Winning Product Vault.

If something isn't delivered as described or you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge with your account email, the date and amount, and a short description. We usually reply within a few business days.
