Refund Policy

All sales are generally final. Because BrandBox delivers digital products and services, including done-for-you store builds and upgrades and add-ons such as the Prebuilt VIP Blueprint and the Winning Product Vault, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed. If you believe something was not delivered as described, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will review your request. Purchases made through ClickBank or JVZoo follow that marketplace's refund policy.

Please Note: When a refund is issued it will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
